The Division of Computational and Theoretical Chemistry (DCTC) of the European Chemical Society (EuChemS) has announced the third call for the EuChemS Walter Thiel Award in Computational and Theoretical Chemistry.
The GEQC, on behalf of the Spanish Royal Society of Chemistry (RSEQ), welcomes applications that meet the requirements of the call and offers official support to the selected applicant(s) through a letter of endorsement.
Applicants requesting support must be active members of both the RSEQ and the GEQC.
Priority will be given to applications from young scientists with clear evidence of excellent contributions, led by the applicant, to Computational and/or Theoretical chemistry.
Applications including the required documents (a maximum two-page Curriculum Vitae of the nominee and one-page summary of main achievements) should be addressed by email to geqc@rseq.org.
The deadline for submitting applications for GEQC-RSEQ support is 22th of May 2026.
